Good Life Home Co. is a plumbing and handyman company. We find the source, repair it, and agree on the price before that repair begins. If the water stayed in a small area, we handle the cleanup, drying, and mitigation ourselves, along with the repair.
If the damage is bigger than a small cleanup, we say so and refer that part to a restoration partner. The leak repair can still be our work.
Where the water usually starts
Toilets
A toilet that keeps running, rocks on the flange, or leaks at the base can put water on the floor and into the subfloor. We find where it is coming from and repair or replace the toilet.

Supply lines
Supply lines and shutoff valves fail at the connection under a toilet or sink. We shut the water off, replace the failed part, and check the area that got wet.
Water heaters
A water heater can leak at the tank, the fittings, or the drain valve. We diagnose it, explain the options, and repair or replace it.
Under the sink
Trap and supply connections drip into the cabinet first. We fix the leak and look at the cabinet floor it sat on.

We fix the leak. A small wet area can be cleaned up and dried with that repair. A larger restoration job is referred to a restoration partner.
Ongoing plumbing — the fixture, the supply, the water heater — is the same work as our plumbing service. Drywall or trim after the area is dry can move to handyman.
