What the forms collect
The forms on this site ask for your name, phone number, email, street address, city, ZIP code, and details about the job. Some forms also ask when you would like a visit. We use that information to respond and to schedule the work you asked about.
Where a request is stored
Form submissions are stored in Housecall Pro, our scheduling and CRM software. That is the system we use to keep the request, reach you, and schedule the visit. We do not sell your personal information.
Calls and texts
If you submit a form, we may call or text you about that request at the phone number you gave us, and we may email you. The form asks you to agree to that contact before it is sent. Your phone carrier may charge message and data rates.
Text messages
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Ads and analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. The Pixel is for ad measurement, so we can tell whether an ad led someone here. Form fields are masked in Clarity recordings, so what you type is not part of the recording. Microsoft explains how it handles information in its privacy statement. We don't sell your personal information.
Asking us to delete information
To ask us to delete personal information you sent through this site, email info@goodlifehomeco.pro or call or text 970-610-6200. Include the name and the phone number or email on the request so we can find it. We will delete it from Housecall Pro unless we need to keep a record, for example a completed job, a warranty, or taxes.
