Luke, Mandy, and the kids

Luke is a husband to Mandy and dad to Emma, Laney, and Bennett. The Buelows came west the long way: summers in Colorado turned into a decision to stay in Fort Collins for the mountains and the community. Luke grew up in the Midwest; the work ethic started early, including farm work as a kid — planting, weeding, and selling at the market. That “see it through” feeling is still the job.

Curiosity about how houses work led him into building maintenance and the trades. Plumbing first. Then the National Home Inspector Exam, which is a useful second set of eyes: you learn to look at a house as a system, not a single dripping faucet. The unfinished list — doors, drywall, the half-finished project — is the other half of the same visit for a lot of neighbors.

After owning, renovating, and working around a lot of homes, the pattern was obvious. People with jobs and kids do not have spare Saturdays forever. Repairs stack. Comfort drops.
