My name is Luke and I am the owner of The Good Life Home Maintenance Solutions, grateful husband to my amazing wife Mandy and proud father of our three children Emma, Laney and Bennett!

The Good Life story started in the midwest where Mandy and I both grew up. The local culture certainly contributed to the strong work ethic I hold today and at 8 years old, I began work on a Wisconsin Farm. Thinking back, my mind paints the picture of friends spending long summer afternoons in the hot sun planting, weeding and harvesting vegetables along with bushels of corn for sale at the local farmer's market. It was an incredible feeling being a part of something from beginning to end and knowing my effort was used to make a tangible difference in my local community. A sentiment that echoes in our mission today.

Over the years, both sides of our families would regularly take summer road trip vacations out West and specifically to Colorado which planted the seeds of our inevitable permanent stay. As the mountains continued to call we eventually made the decision to move out to Fort Collins to enjoy everything the great state of Colorado has to offer in terms of nature and community.

With an inherit passion for helping others and a natural curiosity for how things work, my interests eventually turned to building maintenance and construction which would lead me into the trades. I spent years honing my skills as a commercial and residential plumber and even trained as a home inspector passing the National Home Inspector Exam. This has provided me with a well rounded set of skills and experiences that allows for the unique and creative approach we apply today.

After many years of owning, renovating, and working around a wide range of homes, I began to realize that it was nearly impossible for people with a full time job and a family to spend the time that is required to properly maintain their home which causes the home repairs to pile up and the comfort to decline.
