About Us

Hi, thanks for checking out more about our company! My name is Luke and I am the owner of The Good Life Home Maintenance Solutions LLC. My wife and I both grew up in the Midwest but we have always had family in Colorado. Both of our families would take summer family road trip vacations out West to Colorado and we always knew we would end up living here someday. Now we are happy to call Fort Collins home and absolutely LOVE IT!

My family and I are very excited to finally make this business a reality. For many years, I have dreamed of creating a new system for home maintenance that will help people save time and money, and keep their home in the best shape possible.

I am no stranger to hard work, I started working on a farm in Wisconsin when I was 8 years old. My friends and I would spend our afternoons in summer planting, weeding, picking vegetables, and hauling bushels of corn that the farmer would sell at the local market.

Then as I got older my interests turned to property and building maintenance and construction. I eventually got into the trades. I spent several years working as a commercial and residential plumber. I even trained as a home inspector and have passed the National Home Inspector Exam. I have always had a strong passion for discovering how things work and going above and beyond to get things done the right way.

Through years of owning, renovating, and working in and around homes, I began to realize that it was nearly impossible for people with a full time job and a family to spend the time required to keep up with and properly maintain their home... it's a LOT of work, even more if you have little ones running around too!
